Jared: The quality of this grease gun is great. I tried other grease guns in the past and they were hard to prime. They were hard to get to work so that the grease went where it needed to go. But this one by far is been the best one I've ever used. I like the locking mechanism to lock it to the grease nut wherever you're going to put the grease and the storage nut on the top for the grease tube is a nice touch.
If I were to say something is missing from this it would be a decent case or carry bag that would keep other things clean. But overall this is a great grease gun and well worth the money.

grumpy: Overall this is a really solid grease gun and the locking tip is no joke, it is awesome and worth the upgrade. I had issues with the original gun I purchased but lock n lube customer service was great and had me up and running in no time. The only con for this gun I can come up with is it is just a bit more tricky than other guns I have used to prime. If you are having problems getting it primed stick with it, it's worth the hassle.

I watched a YouTube video, then I bought this all in one grease gun, plus marine hoist lubricant for salt water. This morning I assembled the gun, loaded it with the 14 oz grease cartridge, put on some vinyl gloves and went to work on the lift. Hardest part was finding all the zirk fittings. Done in half an hour. Saved myself $110 on this service and the next one is free.
Great quality, works well. I highly recommend it.
