V. P. Spasic: First the good news: It looks amazing. BUT, that's where it ends. The construction is not sturdy, even though it's fairly simple to assemble the SIDES.
Now the bad news: Hinges, and construction...TERRIBLE. Once you put the sides and bottom in, the last part is the LID. Best be prepared to swear and curse the designer. Instructions say: " put the lid in place, on top, and connect one hinge at a time... GOOD luck even starting one connection, and you will need a helper, needle nose pliers, a rubber mallet, and a couple of “time outs".
It took my wife and I more than an hour to put the lid on, and I am very good with my hands.
Btw, one side panel is bowed, and doesn’t quite "lock in" with the front panel.

Saeed Hamidi: Comparing to other brands it’s expensive,
There is no latch on the door so it will be opened by hard wind and I have plan to mount something to keep the door closed in the bad wind.

Eddie G.Eddie G.: I purchased two of these deck boxes. They were very easy to assemble requiring no tools. The parts snap together easily. The deck boxes are very sturdy and are strong enough to sit on without worrying about the whole thing collapsing.

I bought these to replace two older boxes which the bloody chipmunks chewed a big hole into. So far so good.

Gibson59: Very easy to put together and no tools required. Took about 15 minutes in total! Instructions were missing but I was able to download them from Suncast. The unit is very sturdy and holds a surprising amount of items. We use it by our pool and we store all of our supplies in there.

L7Design: Good quality, the only wish would be if the box would have a locking feature but it doesn't. Otherwise, great price for a nicely built deck box.

tntricia: Assembly instructions were a little on the lean side forcing you to use logic in matching up the pieces more so than following the directions. It's a great looking piece, has done well in the rain and storms we've had in the area with 60mph wind gusts etc. While a lighter person can sit on the top I wouldn't count on it much for seating. It's decent size and accurately described in their information, however it fills up quickly. The colors blend nicely with outdoor seating. I am considering buying another. It's a good value for the item and matches their description. So while I was hoping it'd be a bit more somehow, it is what it says and it does what it is supposed to. The reviews I read before purchasing were also accurate. I am slightly disappointed that it isn't as roomy as I'd hoped but it is the size they say it is and I can fit all my outdoor cushions in it, just not much more. I was hoping it would hold more as it takes up a good bit of room. I will most like either buy a second one or find a different place for the cushions and use it for the outdoor sports gear instead. Or for gardening uses. It feels a bit wasteful of space to put the cushions in it.

Tom H.: The instruction were very detailed, well drawn, 6 steps. The panels are marked, left, right ,back ect. Just study the picture and to get the pieces turned the same way. Each side has different size male female configuration.

It went together in 10 minutes with no tools. All sides snap together with male / female fit along the whole side. When it goes home you hear a very positive multiple snaps.

The only assembly that took a bit of effort was engaging the three top hinges. They say line them up and apply pressure. Now I'm a strong guy, and they weren't snapping in. My method, line up the hinge, sit on the lid (230 LBS) over the hinge. One at a time they went right together.

Looks well built. All of the sides are a fully reinforced structure on the back side. Not a single sheet of plastic. I don't think you could bend any side before assembly. They should show or describe that better.

The wheels are a slick design. They are rollers tucked into the right end. They don't touch the ground when the box is sitting flat, so the box doesn't slide around. But when you pick up the box from the left end handle the wheels contact the ground. I found it real nice...

Missy: I live in New England, and between rain and snow NOTHING lasts outside all year. That is until I found this! Everything is as new as when I placed it in there last summer and some think in cardboard box still!!

It's not a bad price at all especially for the size! I'm still fitting thing in here! We have so far:

An inflatable 2ft deep pool and cover, 3 sprinklers, 2 bubble machines and 12 extra bubbles (2 the big monster refills), an archery set, beanbag toss game, nerd guns, water balloons, pool toys, pails and shovels, a few kid basketballs and that's just what I remember putting in there but I am sure there is more.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for much needed storage that is just as safe outside as it would be in ashes...if not better because no bugs got it either!!!!

UPDATE: 2 years later and everything inside still looks brand new!!!!! This includes 4 pool towels that are still soft and smell like fresh laundry from LAST AUGUST!! This this even stood up to the 36' of snow we got in January and even the outside looks amazing! I'm purchasing a second one

Pro5j: This item was purchased to store our outdoor gym equipment,( 1- 40' 1 1/2 " rope, 2- 15' 1 1/2" rope, 15lb & 20lb kettle bell, jump rope, 6lb, 10lb, 25lb wall balls, 15lb slam ball, gym rings, ab straps, 8lb dumbell... I think thats it). Just wanted you to paint a picture of how much this can hold. I leave it outside and has held up throughout 2 rainstorms. Of course, heat, dust, and wind. My unit was fairly easy to set up as compared to other reviewers that had a hard time setting it up. If you have any questions about this product that have not been answered let me know. The reason I rate it a 4 right now is because I've only had less than a month. However, I do see it last awhile. Hopefully.

one thing I forgot to add is that the lid does not completely snap, but I just place a good size tire on it. (73 gallon)

Just wanted to update the list of items I currently fit in this storage box... I've recently added 2 Bumper Plates weighing 10lbs each and 2 bumper plates weighing 25 lbs each with room to spare for other items. Working out great and still holding up to the elements in south texas... brutal temps.
