Amazon Customer: I honestly thought it was gonna suck to put this together, but it actually wasn't that bad. Once built, it's definitely sturdy. I weigh 195ish pounds and climbed to the top to hang upside down and we didn't notice any sagging/moving/instability of any kind. We ended up with me, my wife, and both kids on it, and it seemed to hold the weight just fine. The kids love it, and the blue/green color combo actually looks really cool. We actually agreed that if there was some kind of bridge/monkey bar that could connect two of these, we'd definitely buy the whole kit. We've seen that you can hang hammocks in these, so we're gonna add one of those. This thing + the swingset keeps the kids occupied for hours, so it's definitely a win in our book

CC: I don’t see how any single adult could possibly assemble this on their own. At certain points you have to hold 5 different bars out in different directions while balancing the rest of the assembly AND screwing the bolt in. It took me and my husband and our preteen son 2 hours to put this thing together. So far the quality seems good but a few pieces were chipped and I’m concerned about rusting later on.

Devvers: This dome was hard to put together. You need to make sure you read the small print and ot would be helpful to have the instructions printed in colour. However we have used it for 1,5 weeks and the kids LOVE it! We are so happy we have made this purchase.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: It took two of us to build it which took us about one and half hours. You do need two people to build it as you have to join sections together which are quite heavy and awkward. It's a bit bigger than we realised even though we measured out the area, but we are very happy with it. It is very sturdy and should last many years. We bought a separate swing which we retrofitted like other people have done on youtube and our daughter loves it. It can be easily moved by two people for when you need to mow the grass.

Be advised, the poles are a little slippery when wet so only use when dry. It does come with a allen key to put it together, but you will also need a 1/2" spanner and 1/2" socket spanner.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Rather a long time to arrive, but looks a good product as indicated by stars I have given. Only big problem was that one of the bronze bars was supplied bent the wrong way. All bronze bars had both ends bent the same way, but the rogue bar was supplied with one end bent one way and other end bent in the opposite direction (see pics) so impossible to complete the structure.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Brought for my 4 year old, put it up by myself while the little one was at nursery (took me an hour and half to put together, definitely worth watching the video tutorial)
When my son got home and seen it his eyes lit up and he was straight on it, a little big for him to go straight to the top but with a bit of confidence he’ll be up there in no time. Worth every penny and he’ll have years of fun playing on it.
In future I’ll be looking to add a slide, hang a swing maybe even a hammock somehow…

Freddy The FrogFreddy The Frog: The dome I ordered was the larger green and tan Geometric Climbing Dome
What arrived was this red and blue "smaller" dome.
You will want to set aside plenty of time and space to assemble this dome. No matter which size you select, the assembly is the same.
Instructions are very poor, but once you start figuring out the images, you're on your way.
I found the plastic hand holds to be very nice, firm, and easy to grab for climbers young and old.
The ends of the bars should be sprayed with some sort of rust proofing such as WD-40 as they are composed of carbon steel and would otherwise quickly rust.
I weigh 191 lbs and climbed all over the dome, including dangling under the center and it was/is very VERY sturdy once assembled.
The paint is not smooth, so easy for grabbing and climbing.
I also suggest spraying WD-40 or other rust inhibitor into the tiny holes near the ends of the pipe portions as that will also help slow rusting.
I definitely recommend this Dome Climber Play Center.
Our five year old grandsons love it and it's tall enough to give them a good challenge!
