Ygraine: My product, an adapter for my laptop to TV projection feature was not expensive, but I received $million service when I had an issue with the ability to project with the new adapter. The first sign of quality I noticed was when I found that a business card from the company was included in the package so that I could immediately contact someone for support if needed. I had found no help online after doing a general search, so I contacted LENTION for help. They made a suggestion, and encouraged me to send pictures if I needed further help. They even sent a follow up email to see if I'd tried it yet, and if the solution worked! The first suggestion did not work, but we were on the right track. It was merely an issue of a setting on my laptop that I needed to adjust. I sent pictures, and they replied with specific directions and highlighted pictures of the screen that I could find in order to make the connection possible. WOW! I will certainly purchase from this company again!!
