jr: For the price, the item is substandard. There is a chip in the paint and a gap between the galvanized metal and the insulation. I contacted the company independent of Amazon and they did not respond. Amazon sends you to the company directly and if you go beyond 30 days, they absolve themselves of responsibility. I see similar complaints and it is concerning that everyone passes the buck
