Dianne Rose: I've been trying to learn how to make pastry pie crust. I've used several different recipes and watched multiple YouTube videos. Then I found The Pie Academy at my local library. The instructions are clear and easy to follow with lots of photos. I liked the book so much I ordered my own copy from Amazon. The Key Lime Pie recipe is to die for. RebusRebus: I've been baking pies for many years. I like trying different recipes and methods for crusts. The basic crust in this book is perfect. I used it to make a Dutch Apple pie. I purchased the kindle version and I'd recommend the actual book. In fact, I may buy the book because it's hard going back and forth and searching for recipes on the kindle. That said, the photos are very nice on the kindle version. Highly recommend for all bakers.
