Blondie49: After washing the mats per instructions, the chemical smell is still present. My dog will not go near. Mat is outside for 24 hours, the “ grass” feels so fake, I am returning.
Great idea, just needs to improve the back panel, and use better quality outdoor and less chemicals.

Die Matte ist immer noch wie neu.
Mein Rüde benutzt nur die angesteckte Wand. Sie schließt sehr dicht ab.
Das Sauberhalten des Hundeklos ist echt bequem durch die sehr gute Abfliesstruktur des Kunststoffes.

Kristin: Got this to help train my new puppy, Frenchy for potty training it’s easy to clean. It’s easy to spray with marking spray to to help them know where to go Cleaning was just taking it outside hosing it down letting it air dry use just regular like the soap to clean it can use vinegar sometimes it has heavily stunted, if I ever need it again, I would definitely order it would definitely also recommend it to others who are in need of an idea for potty training small dogs

GreenPendingGreenPending: I’ve moved to a place on 10th floor, and taking my doggies out every 3-4 hrs became a pain in the neck. I have a tiny balcony, so I got 2 of these & placed them in the balcony. My doggies weren’t sure initially, but they are now used to going on these. It does get pretty stinky, but I also got urine solidifier/deodorizer, so hopefully it will help with the smell. My only complaint is that the fake grass doesn’t stay in place. It keeps sliding around. I wish there were clips or something to keep it in place.

Keys: This product has been a great potty training tool for our puppies. It really took very little effort to convince them to pee and poop on this as it resembles real grass. We utilize this grass when we need to put them in their play pen. My only complaint is we have to figure out a way to keep the grass in place as our puppies like to pull the grass off the base which sometimes causes a mess. Aside from that the grass and base is easy to clean in our backyard with a water hose and soap. On a sunny day, I lay is out to dry and on rainy days, I hang it in the shower.

100% Unsatisfied Customer: We have a 9 yo Yorkie who has had some house accidents, but refuses to use this. We even placed a pee pad over top of it and she won't use it. At this point we missed the Amazon return window. The manufacturer says 100% satisfaction guarantee and 60 day return policy, but i can find no way to contact them to actually make due on that.

Also, the product is not great material for the price. I was willing to pay the hefty price for a quality product that worked, but it's an expensive storage item now. The plastic beneath the turf is quality, but the turf itself is not. If the turf was of better quality, then perhaps we'd have luck with the dog stepping foot on it.

I'd love nothing more than to remove this terrible review if i could just salvage any of my cost for this useless item.. wink wink 😉
