W H: I've gone through a couple cans now, and I like the fine spray (though the button can be tricky to start at times). I even use it to freshen my leftovers off and on, if they need it, before microwaving. The flavor doesn't taste like avocado to me, just light and subtle. I like its high smoke point, making it great for sautéin, as well as the healthy fats it provides.

TV: This doesn't spray out in a clean mist, more like a spitting stream. It costs too much for that quality.

Renee: This is a great product, and the value is there, especially if you get the bigger size. I like it better than Pam and the store brands. The only caveat is that you have to be careful when spraying because it sprays wide out of the nozzle, which ends up getting on the stove. Easy fix, just spray over the sink, or spray a little closer to the pan.
