I purchased this fridge to accompany a snack area I set up in my studio apartment.
The mini fridge is designed to be stylish, but unfortunately it has not gotten cold on any temperature setting even after beign plugged in for 1 week & also came banged up on the outside.
I would normally give a defective item the benefit of the doubt & order a replacement, but Kuppet's Customer Service team has been very uncooperative in facilitating a return. They responded to my email detailing all the issues with a simple "Did you follow instructions? Did you turn it on?" email, followed by a series of correspondences that were merely stalling techniques - asking for photos to prove all the defective parts, even though the main issue (temperature - its...
