I trusted this product because of its 4 stars and thousands of reviews but i was sincerely disappointed. This portable washing machine was for a family that lived far away and the shipping was even pricier than the product . I did contact customer service and they did offer free return but the family Isnt in the US so i wouldve had to pay more shipping and it wasnt fair . I also felt extremely embarrassed when they called and told me about this . I dont really know what to do ...

TexasTeaLady: This little washing machine is terrific! I’m from Texas where everything is bigger, but this little washer is big on performance in a small package. It is great with t-shirts, underwear, yoga pants and light jeans. Warning: do not use too much soap. This washer is so efficient it only uses about a tablespoon full of liquid detergent to work well. Do not overload as it takes longer to get clothes clean. It has a 15 minute mechanical timer which shuts off the washer, which is great — you can then rinse or do another 15 minutes. This was an emergency purchase for me since my washer went out. Received it quickly and it does such a great job on delicates I am sure glad to have it. It should be renamed “The Little Tiger” it is such a great machine! I put it on a heavy duty plastic chair in the shower/tub in the spare bathroom. Easy to fill and drain there. The machine is lightweight and easy to move. A good decision to purchase!

J. McCoyJ. McCoy:
I live in an upstairs apartment without a laundry and really needed a laundry solution and this was it.
I set mine up next to the bathroom sink on a milk crate and use two buckets for draining. Since it's so close it's convenient to attach to the faucet and easy to empty the buckets. Using the milk carton and buckets have saved behaving to lift and move the machine and I recommend everyone else do something similar.
I've been using it for about a solid month now and have no complaints. This washes everything I've put into it: towels, socks, clothes, underwear, and even my reusable menstrual pads (which are prewashed in the sink first).
I recommend you get all the suds out of the tub between cycles or you'll have to run it several times to get all the soap out of your clothes.
Here's what I do:
Depending in how dirty the clothes are I either do one or two washes with soap, then for the rinse cycle I fully drain and empty the tub (rinse the soapy clothes into the tub to drain) then add a little clean water and turn the agitator on briefly to get all the soap suds out and let the water fully drain. Add the clothes back in and put any...

Amazon Customer: The media could not be loaded. We really took a chance with this product, not knowing how it would be - but BOY did it turn out to be a great little device! I thank the reviewer here who posted videos of this washing her baby clothes...that's what sold me! My daughter is a nurse and unfortunately dealing with hundreds of Covid patients per day in a hospital. We were NOT letting her throw that stuff into our washer. This has proven to be a great alternative for us. We can easily wash 2 sets of scrubs (2 tops, 2 bottoms); OR...4 tops alone or 3 bottoms alone with ease. We simply put it in the bathtub, fill, with water (you don't need to bother w/ the inlet hose)...just use your detachable shower head; fill almost all the way, add soap and clothes; set timer and it has great agitation for as long as you set it! Only issue is you have to do another fill up to rinse, and then...

pmisun: This is my second counter top washer. The first was Zeny, which had a pretty weak motor but I used it for a year before giving up on it.
This one is far better. The motor is stronger, but you have to know the machine's limits: it's able to beautifully wash a few items at a time only, or you risk burning out the motor. This week I washed two summer dresses and some underwear and bras in one load, then two pairs of summer weight pants and some undies. Jeans - you are best off only washing one pair at a time. Its great for pillow cases and small towels. Larger items will go to the laundry room.
To note: the fill hose is useless. Throw it out and use a bucket to pour the water into the top of the washer. This washer takes about 3 gallons. Don't fill it more than 2/3 full. You want a few inches below the rib lines (and if you fill it higher than the drain hose you will have water splashing out). The instructions say there is a small, medium and large load line, but I didn't find these lines. From experience I know that 2/3 full is ideal. Use 1 teaspoon to less than a tablespoon of detergent or you will never get the soap out of your clothes. I wash for 6...
