Kathryn Magendie: I fill my dog's Kongs with some of his wet (canned) dog food and dry food and then freeze it.
Works better if I first put in some pieces of his dry food, then push the wet food on top of that until it's filled, then either stick a treat on top or a couple more pieces of dry food. Then I freeze that.
He will work at it until he has all the food gone.
If I push the wet food only into the kong top to bottom, he can't get to the last bit, so having the dry food there first is the trick, at least for my dog.
Bear is a 12-13 pound Chihuahua-Mix and the small is just right for him.
He loves it and is excited when he sees the Kong - though of course only because it has food in it - he's not a chewer so he won't sit there and chew on the Kong; it has to have food involved.
I use the wet food since he has pancreatitis and can't have peanut butter due to the fat content.

Chris Gabehart: I fill it with canned dog food and seal it with Greek yogurt. Toss it in the freezer for a couple hours and let the dog have it. It's more like an ice cream cone to him than a chew toy that way. Still, it keeps him busy.

kathy: Bought the extra large kong, fill it with all sorts of dog treats our lab/pitbull enjoys peanut butter, yams and dog food mix sometimes with shredded carrots and or apples. This kong is long lasting but for awhile the extra large was hard to find. Really needed the extra large for her. It keeps her busy sometimes for most of an afternoon, especially when left home alone. Helps to use up her enegry. She usually chews up her toys no matter the type in a few minutes. Yak bones only last about half hour. This has lasted for over a year so far, bought another one for our new pit bull puppy. Helps keep teeth clean. Will continue to buy kong products. Washes up nice in dishwasher. It does smell when first get it so a cycle in the dishwasher takes care of it.

Revuta Giesbrecht: Every once in a while you come across a product thats just great, this is that. Its great for teething puppys, separation anxiety etc etc. My dog trainer suggested organic peanut butter and freeze them so it lasts longer. Just no down side to this and lasts for years.

Sarina: My doberman is 4 years old as of this review, he's a destructive chewer, since he got big enough to mouth a black Kong I've always had these toys for him because they hold up so well and he loves them. So far this one is holding up good it's been I believe nearly a year since I bought this and it's got minimal wear and tear on it. (To be expected from daily play and chewing) If you have an aggressive or destructive chewer on your hands, get a Kong your pocket will thank you. 11/1/2023

Les rondeurs rendent sa prise à la gueule moins facile, et incite alors à trouver une autre solution que de mâchouiller pour récupérer les biscuits.... le secouer, le poser puis le soulever....
Pour ma part, Taille M pour gueule puissante liée à une masse de 25-30 Kg.

Regina: Im a dog owner for 2y now and during these 2y I have bought a lot of toys. I always bought cheap toys because I knew they were going to get destroyed fairly quickly. I’ve heard a lot of recommendations about this product but I couldn’t understand what’s so special and why it’s more expensive than the other toys to be filled with treats.
2 weeks after having it… now I know! That’s already a big record without getting the toy destroyed but the amazing part is… that thing is not even scratched!! Even after being used several times. Now thinking back, I would be saving money if I bought this one earlier
