Lakewood Grading: Best product we’ve tried and used grilling in decades. The material is thicker than most on the market. The first washing surprised me, so I’m hoping future washings will remain the same. I did wipe away some of the grease before soaking about 2 minutes in a sink of Dawn. Will buy again, I’m sure.

Robin: I bought these because my grill grids are getting old and really should be replaced but they're still usable. These mats keep the crud off the food. On the other hand these are a solid surface so any fat or moisture content just lays on them (and that probably happens with any grill mat). And they take some getting used to in order to get nice grill marks. You have to be careful that you keep track of how hot the burners are making the mat because the mat can only handle 600 degrees and the thermometer on your grill doesn't really provide the temperature of the grates and the mats. I tend to err on the side of not damaging the mat so getting the grill marks is something of an adventure for me.

All that being said, I like the mats and use them for certain foods more than others - what's the use of a grill mat when you're planking salmon, for example. I will say that clean up isn't always as easy as they make it sound. Yes, they clean up relatively easily but some fatty greases seem harder to remove than others. I use Dawn to clean my dishes and that's good on grease but sometimes these mats require a little elbow grease to get all the grease off.

Client d'Amazon: Simple d'utilisation et facile à nettoyer, après mon deuxième barbecue avec ce produit je suis très satisfait.
Mon étonnement reste sur sa durée de garantie (7 ans) qui me paraît énorme....quoiqu'il en soit cela a améliorer la façon de cuire les grillades.

Alexander: Great to have, especially for indoor grills. With infrequent use they needed to be replaced after 18 months. That was disappointing.

Meri: The media could not be loaded.  Arrivati stamattina, per prima cosa li abbiamo lavati con acqua calda e sapone come indicato dalle istruzioni. Abbiamo poi fatto le braci con la legna nel barbeque e una volta spenta la fiamma abbiamo posizionato uno dei due fogli sulla griglia e dopo pochi minuti la bistecca alla fiorentina. Il video è chiaro su come siano andate le cose. La bistecca è risultata morbidissima, cotta giusta per le nostre esigenze, il sapore incredibile. Il foglio non ha rilasciato nessun tipo di odore, sapore o sostanza sulla carne. Una volta rimosso si è raffreddato in pochissimi minuti e lo abbiamo pulito con acqua e sapone molto facilmente. Siamo davvero molto soddisfatti, vedremo se durerà nel tempo. Due consigli: la griglia deve essere posizionata ad almeno 20 cm dalla brace ma non più in alto perchè vi sarebbe troppa dispersione di calore e la quantità di brace deve essere generosa per consentire il mantenimento del calore sul foglio, quindi più cose si devono cuocere più brace ci deve essere. Noi per cuocere una bistecca alla fiorentina abbiamo fatto molta brace, come se dovessimo riempire tutto il foglio. Se se ne fa troppo poca si rischia di...
