Bill Sonoma: Feels like a quality product; it was machined and painted well. Standard mounting/installation - nothing easier or more difficult about this one. Only complaint is very particular (and maybe not fair to the manufacturer) - it could “sit” another 1/2 inch off off of the wall to ensure your towel doesn’t touch the drywall.

Kathleen S.: I like that this is one solid piece of metal. I just attached it to the wall and didn't have to try to fit the bar into the end pieces. Also, it doesn't jiggle or get knocked around having that adjustable bar. It's good quality and looks great, not to mention it's a nice long towel rack that easily holds two towels without them getting bunched up. I recommend this!
