Amazon Customer: 12 were supposed to come in the pack and I only received 11 and 1 was broken, I was left with 10. They do make a very loud noise so 5 stars on noise level.

Ash: I really love these! It’s also good they come in a pack because I’ve literally put them everywhere! They are great for sporting events where regular air horns aren’t allowed. I keep one in my car in case of emergencies since it is so loud. My regular use is actually at school, I am a middle school teacher and these are really great for getting the kids attentions! Even if blown softly, they are definitely attention grabbers. Much more useful than a whistle because no one expects it to make that noise! Only downside is that they can be a little fragile. The top is a thin latex like material so it can rip easily but the plastic base is made well. I would not recommend giving this to small children, as they are easy to take apart and have small parts that could be choking hazards. Overall, good product and I would buy again.
