My unsalted chips arrived.

My chips came unburnt and still tasty with no salt. Bags could be a tad bit fuller so 4 stars out of 5 but....

I still recommend.

They should sell in-store. :(

Jessue: I would have gave 5 stars but chips were smashed literally, I ordered these twice because I figured the first time maybe just bad luck, but not the case, the second time was the same thing smashed, they were delicious very much enjoyed them but in hand fulls because they were tiny pieces the company needs to put on box fragile or something because I’m sure these boxes get thrown multiple times before they reach there destination. I don’t know if better packaging would help honestly, I mean they are chips
I did just go buy me some locally after all this, I don’t think I’ll buy chips from Amazon any longer

B: I’ve ordered a few different flavors, and I’ve never had an issue. I always get the regular, non krinkle cut. If you look at the other flavors (for example, I purchased Backyard BBQ, and Jalapeño) it doesn’t say krinkle cut in the title. It obviously shouldn’t. When I order the regular sea salt flavor, it says Krinkle Cut in the title even when it’s not.

For some reason this only happens with the “plain” flavor. I use subscribe & save, and last time I actually received krinkle cut instead of regular for my sea salt flavor. The BBQ and jalapeño were normal kettle chips as usual. I’m not sure why this happens, someone needs to fix the listing.

Beside that, the chips are great, and very reasonably priced. I hope they can figure this out.
