Sarah: This is a good item for a low calorie snack. The problems. The box is so flimsy it is always broken upon delivery. The other problem, if you order it when it’s warm out, then it all melts. You need to hope it cools and is still close to something you can eat without it becoming a complete mess or just plain frustrating. Really wish it shipped with an ice pack.

Requia: Every few months, my partner goes on keto, so I was trying to find some recipes and snacks for him to enjoy for variety. A friend gave a few recommendations including these keto bombs, describing them as amazing even if you're not on keto.
I tried a pack before giving them to my partner, just to be sure, she boy was my friend right! These are delicious! They remind me a bit of eating a 100 Grand bar. There's just the right amount of sweetness—with the chocolate, caramel, and little crisps—and there's no weird or bitter aftertaste that I tend to be sensitive to with these kinds of treats.
The portion is just right, too. While I could certainly eat several of these in one go, one is just enough to satisfy a craving for a sweet treat when it hits. This fit in nicely with the low-carb meals we've been preparing.
I know sometimes these kind of diet-specific foods can have...unwanted side effects, we haven't noticed any stomach issues or anything. I especially have had troublesome suggestive issues in more recent years, but I have zero issues with these, which was a bit of a relief to me. Jim D: You never really know what to expect but these eclipsed my best expectations. You would think they were loaded with sugar - they are not. So tasty. Better than any old fashion candy - seriously.
Sucralose does not bother me but if these had erythritol I'd have had to run to the bathroom because I ate like 5 of them at first.
Agree with 'don't order in the summer' or maybe leave a container with ice out for the delivery man. Otherwise when you open the box and tear into them it will get messy.
These are a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10.
