As work table, limited.

William Kessler III: I have used a Ketter work table like this for years. It’s been like another right arm for me especially these last seven years. I became disabled 6 years ago and I refused to let that stop me from working on my home.
I moved to Sun City, AZ without my friend and helper, the Ketter. That’s why I needed to purchase a new one. I loved this particular model because of the extending legs. They’re great and it’s much easier for me. Bringing the work surface up to about 36 inches really help my back pain. A LOT!
I didn’t go with fives all the way on this for only two reasons and they might apply specifically to old disabled sons of guns like me.
First, with the legs extended especially all the way it takes quite a bit of the stability out of the table. Much more shakey. I worked it out kinda. I had to steady it next to another object.
Second, with the legs extended you kinda loose one of the very best conveniences of the Ketter table. That’s the almost instant table fold up. No surprise. The legs are too long so first lift it up and put the extensions back to the original position. One at a time. It’s a little bit difficult for a guy like me who’s constantly...

Amazon Customer: The Keter work bench was exactly what I needed to work on bicycles in my garage. Very well designed, easy to assemble and dis-assemble, packs away against the wall super neatly, very sturdy with a couple of handy braces underneath it in a case. Only (small) complaint is that it sometimes is a bit hard to get balanced correctly after inserting the 4 legs. Also, my 1st order was a bit cheaper but arrived damaged. And when i returned it, I got a replacement that was more expensive. Peeved me a bit, but still really like the table, well worth the price and I looked at everything on Amazon too.

Me encanto

Steve S.: I move a lot with work, so I can't have a heavy, full-sized workbench. This is meant to be a compromise and it fits the bill well. The table is surprisingly simple and well made. I was worried it would be wobbly or flexible given the light weight, but on a flat garage floor it's very stable. I didn't test it to 1,000 pounds but I did sit on one side of it (190 pounds, plus maybe 20 for the tools and stuff I had on it) and it didn't seem to notice.
I mostly set my router table on top of it, but I also used it for sawing and drilling. It's plenty stable for all of those activities.
My favorite feature, besides being a table, is the tracks for the clamps. I thought they were just made for the included clamps (which are useful, but not especially versatile). Nope, even better: they are the exact size to accommodate a standard C-clamp from your hardware store. This means you can clamp things vertically, not just horizontally. I can clamp my router table down instead of bolting it, which saves time when I just need to route something quickly before sawing or sanding it.
It has a small detachable storage container that snaps underneath. Not a big deal for me, I'd...

Aaron Pietrowski: I was skeptical when first examining this portable bench, but to my surprise I'm actually quite satisfied with the overall product. What put me at unease was that it was molded plastic, the legs are as well, so I had my doubts, but non now.
Initially, I purchased this because I have a disability and spend the majority of my time inside, but I needed a crafting table, one I could use for making items, but also a workbench because I tend to repair items instead of just tossing it, or at least dismantle things and re-use nuts, bolts, nails, (like you don't too.) Also I needed a table I could "break down" and store away when not in use because I live in a duplex with minimal access to the basement where I would normally work with tools, so this is ideal for me.
The bench is very easy to assemble and disassemble, the legs have pivoting feet and fit in pre-aligned locations in the underside of the table with tension springs. There is also a small box that fits on the underside as well to hold push clips that you can use on the surface of the table that slide into metal grooves that can be placed to cut lumber, pipes, etc., and they hold surprisingly well, like I had to put some...

Margaret: Really happy with this work bench. It assembles and comes apart very easily and love the container that I store the clamps that come with table as well as a couple of my own; extremely sturdy; large work area; convenient handle for easily moving it around.
Only 2 negative things which is why I did not give it 5 stars is that there was (1) a screw that was screwed into the top that was blocking the clamps to move freely. Took a while to figure out why they were not moving. (2) There are these 4 flat rectangular pieces that I have no idea what they are for??? They are not in the instruction manual. I am thinking they are to stabilize smaller pieces into the clamps but don't know for sure?
