Chinacat1951: There are more expensive storage containers, but this one appears to hit a sweet spot. The container has a wicker look with a slight arched lid, plus legs that keep the box off the ground.
You can put a lock on the lid to keep the racoons from getting in. I simply use a caribiner.

Paul W.: This is an excellent product. The storage capacity is a lot more than I expected. It is well made and very easy to assemble, although I had to cheat and used a rubber mallet for assembly.
The only issue I have is the "gray" color, is almost black. If you really need something to be gray, you will be disappointed. But the "antracita" which is the color description on the box, is more charcoal than gray.

Mike: This unit was incredibly simple to assemble, even for one challenged with such tasks. It took about 15 minutes for full assembly. It looks great and is remarkably sturdy when I sat on it.

TERRY AND GORDON: I am so impressed with this deck storage unit. It is large - just what I wanted - and sturdy. It holds 3 good-size fold-up deck chairs, 4 misc lawn games, my winter storage of safety salt and there is room to spare. And it seems to be water-tight.

gea: I ordered this for my deck. It snapped together very nicely. Only problem is that there were no instructions(not required to snap pieces of the box together), or necessary hardware (hinges,screws)to attach the lid to the box, nor hardware to put latch(latch,screws) to lock it. I called Amazon who got me in touch with seller.
They requested part numbers for necessary hardware. I explained that I didn't get any instructions to give part numbers and they emailed me the instruction to look for the part numbers. I gave them this information. I then received a notice that there was a problem with the manufacturer. Then another that said that I would receive parts in seven to ten days.
I finally received the necessary parts and thankfully they were easy to install without instructions, as you would have needed a microscope to read them.
Luckily I like the box and when I initially considered returning the box, I realized it wasn't worth the effort as I am old and little and the box is like four feet long and very heavy.

DLM: I am pleased with this sturdy deck box so far. It arrived flat packed which made it easy to move into the backyard. I found it a breeze to assemble by myself with the hardware provided and I had no issues with the pieces aligning. The box holds my patio seat cushions, all 8 of them when it rains. We had a summer storm already, with rain and hail, and the box remained watertight. It looks attractive on the deck and the lock on the box is a nice feature as well. I highly recommend this purchase.
