Austen Fan: I love the Cinnamon Crumble flavor of this Kashi Go Lean Crisp cereal, and these were good and crisp. I have diverticulosis and have to eat a LOT of fiber daily. These are a great way to start the day and I love that they're fortified with protein but not high in sugar. However, these are really overpriced. I ordered them when I couldn't find this flavor in grocery stores and I was afraid they were discontinuing it. However, I've been able to find it recently. I think it's just a popular flavor, and I will need to stock up with multiple boxes when I can.
