Karyn: This was recommended to me by a potty training mom, and it is excellent! We moved across country and we’re hit with a stomach virus as we began to travel. This saved the day more than once as we could pull over and have a kid using it before an accident occurred. It stores easily under a seat or in the trunk of small vehicles, and the included bags are excellent! (A grocery bag with a diaper in it is a great backup if you run out.)

Andrew A: I started potty training my 2.5 year old a few weeks back and we keep this in the car for "on-the-go" emergencies. It works GREAT. We have mainly used it as a stand-alone potty with the legs folded out and the bag in, but the few times we have put it on a toilet (swimming lessons, restaurant) that works great too. The bags have little turtles on them and when the pee hits them the turtles "disappear" (i.e the ink runs and they fade away) and my toddler is a huge fan of this and it convinces him to pee every time to see the magic lol. I bought more of the bags because the potty only comes with a few, but don't find them too expensive. You could also use a normal grocery bag if you don't need the turtle magic. Would highly recommend.

Irisa: My 3yo loves it. It’s so light and comfortable to use. Fits in our backpack and we can take it anywhere, when traveling, hiking, even at home. Although we have two more solutions at home he loves using this one.

Silky: Zunächst einmal waren wir auf der Suche nach einer Möglichkeit, mit unsrem Sohn, der gerade "trocken" wird, auch öffentliche Toiletten aufsuchen zu können, da er zwar in dem Thema grundsätzlich mit hoher Motivation und Begeisterung unterwegs ist, aber kaum steht er vor einer "normalen" , öffentlichen Toilette geht nichts mehr. Er hat Angst vor der großen Brille und wir vor Infektionen.
Nachdem wir uns über verschiedene Möglichkeiten informiert haben, haben wir uns entschlossen, diesem Modell den ersten Versuch zu geben.

Wir haben auf dem Weg zum Kinderturnen das Paket abgeholt und ausgepackt. Die Vorfreude wurde bei unserem Sohn sofort jäh beendet als der Inhalt des Paketes sichtbar wurde. Bestellt hatten wir: "Yoomi 2730-G Bibs und Stuff Toilettensitz plus, Rot" , durchaus auf persönlichen Wunsch unseres Sohnes, gekommen war das Ganze in Grün... Die Enttäuschung im Gesicht des Sohnes war nicht meßbar und einer der Momente, die einem das liebende Mutterherz bricht. Mir persönlich ist die Farbe relativ egal (zum Glück ist kein rosa gekommen...), aber es war ein hartes Stück Arbeit, sie meinem Sohn auch schmackhaft zu machen.

L. Alvarez: I found this product while searching on Amazon for a portable potty seat. My 2 year old is pottying training, and while she does ok on "big potties," sometime public ones can be pretty gross (public parks, beaches, gas stations, etc) and sometimes the seats are way too big. I was initially looking for one of those little quad-folding plastic seats but after reading a lot of negative reviews of those (too flimsy, slippery, etc) , the Potette caught my eye. This review is of the Potette Plus, which I understand is different from the original Potette in that the seat is designed to do double-duty as both a self-contained portable potty (used with the accompanying plastic bag attachments) OR as a small potty seat (placed on top of a regular toilet). I'm not familiar with the original Potette seats but my understanding is that they don't have this secondary function. I was a little confused at how it worked, and it didn't look all that portable in the pictures but the price was right and I thought I would give it a try regardless.
