Larry Larry : The dog car seat is great. Pup sits up high and can see out the window, but also seems comfortable curling up and lying down. We have him in a halter, so I feel comfortable attaching the car seat's restraint to his halter and think it will help keep him safe in case of an accident. I wouldn't feel that way if he were wearing a collar around his neck.

My husband thought the white structural piece was packing material and almost threw it away. Fortunately, I had watched the product videos and knew that we needed it to shape the back of the seat.

TommyTommy: I wanted something for my little chihuahua to be able to sit in or lay in while traveling and this car seat was perfect. It is big enough for two chihuahuas and has two leashes to secure you little dogs in. I was a little worried my chihuahua wouldn’t sit in it because he is used to sitting in my lap but secured it on my back seat with the seatbelt which goes through the base of the seat for a secure fit. It was roomy enough for my little guys blanket and a couple of toys. Took him on a camping trip and he stayed in his seat the whole trip.

D. B.: We bought the small size car seat for our 4 month old, 5 lb. Maltese. My husband thought it would be a good idea to leave it in the house so she could get use to sitting in it before we strapped her in it in the car. He put the carrier on the couch beside him where Harleigh sits & placed her favorite fleece blanket over the chair with her favorite toy in the seat. Next thing we saw was our 7 lb. cat curled up in the chair purring! Short story…that chair is now our cat’s new bed & we had to buy another pet carrier for the puppy to use in the car! Lol!! Both our fur babies love the chairs! It took about 3 minutes to secure the pet carrier in the car. It was easy to remove the cushion & run the seat belt strap thru the 2 pet seat slots. Hardest part for me was crawling over the pet seat to click the strap into the car’s seat belt attachment. I am short so I just had trouble reaching across the chair to connect the seat belt strap to secure it. lois: It's not as good as the first one I bought in 2021. The insert foam is less sturdy. Though the seat itself is still functional, I'm worried the foam may break when I need to install and uninstall it during washing. Price-wise, it's more expensive. I bought my first one at around 140 and it's a larger size seat.

AuntieNori: The media could not be loaded.  We tried several car seats before this one and our little dachshund puppy wasn’t a happy traveller. We weren’t sure she would ever enjoy being in the car until we purchased this lovely car seat. We went for the large even though she is only 10 lbs so that she can sprawl out if she so chooses. She likes being up higher and is able to see outside the window and take part in conversations with her humans. There is a lot of space for a lofty blanket and when the seat is inside the house, she will choose it over the couch or any other doggie place to cuddle up in. We highly recommend it and only wish we sprung for this one before 3 other cheaper ones before finally landing on this seat.
