jill: hey this is my 3rd bottle , thats just how good it works. Use sparingly to get a gradual tan.
It does have a slight smell tho....my only thumbs down

Elizabeth A Gregoire: I’m very pale and cannot tan (and I have a healthy fear of melanoma so I’m not a sun-worshipper). I’ve tried multiple sunless tanners, spray tans, etc and so far this is one of the best tanning products I’ve ever used. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and I’ve learned a couple of tricks to making this particular tanning lotion work really well and look very natural on me. Like other commenters I recommend a good exfoliation in the shower first. It’ll make the lotion go on very smoothly. Second, I apply a tiny bit of regular lotion (in this case plain ole Lubriderm body lotion) to ankles, tops of feet, wrists, and tops of hands. This helps keep these areas from looking too blotchy and dark and prevents unsightly lotion lines (the tanning takes hours to show full effect so you won’t see lines until much later). I started doing this after the first two applications and noticed a huge difference. Third, REALLY rub in the lotion all over and as evenly as possible, and keep rubbing all over until it feels completely dry. When I did this I got a much more even-looking tan. Then, lastly, this may sound silly but I sit in my bathroom for about 15 or so minutes...

Rachael Eaker: I like this product, but I don't think its much better than any other sunless tanning product on the market as far as results go. I have not experienced streaking with this product, but I exfoliate extensively, moisturize with coconut oil before application, wear gloves during application, and moisturize with lotion after application. I let everything dry completely before putting my clothes on. It is not greasy and has a pleasant citrus smell at first, but starts to smell like any typical tanning product after a few hours. Good color for sunless tanning lotion however, I applied two days in a row and feel a tad bit too orange. Color definitely builds up more around ankles, knees and elbows like any other sunless tanning product. I would recommend applying every other day or every third day and go light around your joint areas if you have fair skin. I'll probably order it again just because of the ingredient list, otherwise I don't think its exceptional!

Kerry G.: Only tried it once and might've used too much on arms, dIstint tide make effect where I had washed my hands after applying. It doesn't have that tell tale stale biscuits smell but doesn't provide the natural flawless look as often shown on Pinterest!
