EmilyEmily: These Night Vision Binoculars are a must for hunters and wildlife watchers. We got them just to test for Christmas presents for several hunters in our family and my hunter husband now keeps them in his four wheeler in the case for night animal watching. The image is very good and so is the quality. We also have used them when we go kayaking into caves as they are very durable and easy to operate.  We found the controls were easy to remember and operate with the raised ridges.  Also a great range for viewing about a couple hundred yards.   At a recent camping event we felt very secure having these right by our side as sometimes we heard noises we couldnt identify and usually was a raccoon or bird.  I have dropped them a couple and times and can testify that they are tough. The zoom is adequate for our needs and for hunting. The display for recording or photos is perfect for viewing animals before saving to the disk to study later. They come with a sturdy strap so I can kayak and grab when needed. We are defiantly considering these for all our holiday gift giving this year.

Dharpster1271: The quality of the images is awesome. Direct quote from my grandson. They are sturdy and easy to use. My grandson used them for the first time over the weekend. It was easy for him to use as a beginner, no confusing tricks needed to get a good image. Are comfortable to use as a teen age boy. He is the envy of his friends. Overall impressed with the quality and price point. I recommend reading the manual to learn button placement . These will be used quite frequently I am sure for camping and teen age fun. Would definitely recommend!!

Tammy R Jones: I bought these for watching deer at night in my yard and field. They worked great out of the box with absolutely no issues. I can see deer easily at 60 yards at night, and even 70 yards, maybe more. I have taken pictures and video's with these as well. They have a really clear picture during the day, pretty good pics at night (the closer the better on pics at night) and they can mount to a tripod for longer recording sessions. They also have a nice durable case, so no worries on them getting damaged or banged around. The battery life seems pretty good. I got mine in June 2022, and still on my first set of batteries. My IR still goes to 5 of 7, even with low batteries. The display screen is nice, clear, and bright. I have shared them with family and friends, they all were impressed also. For the price & quality, I would recommend these to anyone.

Stanley L: I'll be honest, I bought these on a lark. I'd just missed a lightning deal on another brand and looking around on Amazon, I found these were the cheapest ones that didn't have suspicious or bad reviews. But you know what, they're a lot better than I expected, especially for the price.

While they're not exactly cheap, they're among the least expensive "real" night vision binoculars out there. Being used to security camera night vision, I knew what to expect. I did not expect the clarity and range that these had though. I was definitely seeing clearly down the block. And the controls were fairly intuitive to use by touch, which of course you need when you're holding them in the dark. This is particularly important because the bright screen will absolutely destroy your night vision. I really wish there was a brightness control. Also, remember that you are looking at a screen, not like actual binocs, so there's no eyesight correction here. You'll need to wear whatever glasses you need to see a screen a few inches from your face. Or get used to holding it away from you, like I do. vex520ak: I got my JSTOON NV Monocular (it only has one objective lense. The other is the IR illuminator, so these aren't binoculars, really) for varminting around the chicken coop at night and it works for that purpose. For the price, the only thing I want to complain about is the inability to dim the display to cut the amount of light blasting out of it.
You get a narrow but workable field of view and decent acuity with fair range when you turn on the IR illuminator but you end up blind when you look away from the viewscreen. Your night vision is just shot and it takes quite a while to get it back.
In addition to that, you have to be very conscientious about the way you handle the device because the light output from the viewscreen lights up your face so brightly that you're going to be noticed. It's like shining a flashlight for anyone whose eyes are adjusted to the dark. I can imagine what it looks like to a coyote or other critters at night, seeing your face out there, lit up like the Hollywood sign when you lift the unit up to view with it.
I've taken to draping a towel over the unit and looking under it when I want to scan around.
Being night-blind for a minute every time...

borinja: I honestly thought that for the price this was not going to work or the quality was going to be very poor. I was wrong!! The night vision and normal vision are great + the amazing extra features of having an SD card and ability to record/save pictures AND video (of different qualities) really just sets this product apart. At least, for hunters or even bird watchers (which is not my thing), but I do hunt a lot and this really helps (day/night) to track and scout, then when you get home you are able to review any pics or videos taken and sort/save them for reference. The only reason I give a 4/5 in "zoom" is that there is no zoom - technically it has a set distance it can "see" and ability to focus. So, the focus is more like the "zoom" as it allows you to see at different distances, but only at about 75, maybe 100 yards, where it is good. Anything further out is hard to see or not visible. I really do recommend this product!
