HeritageHD: This is a great bike especially for the price. It seems like it would cost more compared to other bikes on the market. It was very easy to put together even with the help of a 4 year and 18 month old. It comes with a set of sticker letters so you can name the bike which was a cool surprise. It's very sturdy and rides really nice. Overall a great bike!

Brian Brooks: The front brake broke the first day. After contacting customer service I got no where with them. Continued questions from them without resolution and just sending a replacement brake assembly.
Update: customer service reached out and quickly solved the issue.

Lisa Gastelecutto: This bike was mostly put together and had no problem, but putting and adjusting the. hand brake whooped by butt.

Amazon Customer: We love the bike. The trouble we had was some of it came put together from handlebars down; but it was all put together backwards or upside down. The fork was turned backwards (there’s even arrows that point forward; but it was facing the wrong direction), the handlebars attached to the gooseneck were connected backwards and flipped upside down. So don’t start putting together until you pull up the picture online in order to see how everything should look; I could actually tell by looking at it; but confirmed by picture online. Check the picture to see how reflectors and bell should be placed too. (You cannot tell by the picture in the owner’s manual). The rest was easy to put together. *It all should have been easier; it was frustrating.

Shawn Mercer: Overall for the price the bike is a good value. My 4 year old boy was pretty excited when this arrived, however, the bike is too big for him to ride comfortably. He loves how it looks but he's going to have to wait another year or so before he can use it so we will keep it. It would be nice if it came with a front brake as that's what my kid is used to though I can easily take the one off his smaller bike and install it on this one.
