Jordans: So cute, and my 4 year old daughter absolutely loved it! Her favorite colors and she loved the little basket in the front to put her dolls in. Although the bike it’s self was not the best fit for her size wise, Joystar has incredible customer service and helped us make this right. Based on this we will buy from them again because as a customer you feel they care about what you think, and the experience you have with their products and want you to be happy with it.

brenden: Bought this for my kiddo for her first bike she absolutely loves it! It's very well put together out of the box. All that's required to assemble is: front tire handlebars reflectors pedals and your training wheels (baskets optional clips for it suck) If you have no experience building bikes this would be a perfect buy as it's very simple to put together. Also comes with little rainbow tinsel stands to slot into the grips! Note: always remember that it can never hurt to check all fittings and bolts to make sure they are tight. Safety first! Keep the kiddos safe

Steve - Mississauga, Ontario CANADASteve - Mississauga, Ontario CANADA: The bike arrived VERY WELL packaged with no damage. The design and construction are Excellent, and deserves 5 stars. However, I gave it only four stars because there were THREE factory assembly issues.
1. BOTH front and rear hub bearings were MUCH TOO TIGHT and neither wheel could turn freely.
2. The bottom bracket was OVER TIGHTENED at the factory and the Crank was hard to turn.
3. ALL 3 screws which attach the Chain Guard to the frame (behind the Chainwheel) were VERY LOOSE with a 2mm - 4mm gap.
I was able to fix ALL three of these factory assembly problems myself, and anyone who is handy with tools can as well, but others might need to use a bike mechanic.
With the bell and streamers added (bought seperately) I know my granddaughter will LOVE it.
I've sent these comments to the supplier and I hope they will do better at the factory.
