1952: I have a 13 lb. Shih Tzu, and this works great. It's snug enough to preserve body heat, but not too tight. I did order a medium for her, since her fur grows out more in the winter. I would say that it keeps her warm down to 40 degrees, depending on the length of her fur. The coat arrived quickly.
