NatalieNatalie: My hubby and I are on a keto diet at the moment and trying to find good mix ins for our morning mushroom coffees. (we are mushroom coffee fanatics). I tried this and another monk fruit sweetener by Lakanto. This one was ok. It's got a combination of three sweeteners. The taste at first is good, but then leaves a strange aftertaste. I'll finish it, but think i'll keep trying more. I think it's the vanilla that doesn't hit for me.

Grace: I recommend adding little by little to see how much you enjoy using in your drink. Make sure you shake the hell out of it before use. I really love vanilla and have had it in lots of lattes. This is in the middle of my preferences… I drink blonde roast espresso and enjoy it with it in lattes. I think some honey or agave (or just simple syrup, but why are you buying sugar-free?) brings the flavor forward in the drink.

Becca: Huge fan of the skinny syrups & have used for years. They usually have the best value when direct from manufacturer too… but ordered this to TRY before I ordered a mix n match dozen from skinny syrups. I was excited to try this. It was HORRIBLE. It has a very strong good vanilla smell at first then a whiff of what seemed like melty plastic odor. Figure maybe it wouldn’t taste that way. Wrong. It tastes like SOUR & melted plastic, with a tiny hint of vanilla overshadowed by the bad. I’m 99% sure this was a bad batch or something. Exp date is for a good year from when I got it & it was just all bad. I’m hoping the actual syrup isn’t this bad & it’s a bad batch but I’ve never tried it other than this, & have ordered flavors that were… not what I hoped for, direct from company - so didn’t even take a chance on this or new flavors I hadn’t tried when I ordered my box from company direct. Maybe one day I’ll chance trying it from them, probably not - but I’m good for now.
