Something Corporate: All that I’ve tried are really only good for chlorine or to show if something is present or not(like CYA). It’s hard to pin point ph and alkalinity so you know what to dose but it’s good for a quick/cheap check on chlorine levels to tell if it’s high or almost gone.

K.M.: After making the mistake of buying test strips on the shelf at our local big box store, I ordered these. Big difference! Results are clear! The color on the other strips were faded looking and hard to read. I will buy these again.

FARG: Es muy practico y fàcil de usar, però hay que tener en cuenta que la lectura correcta debe ser unos 30 segundos despues de haber mojado la tira, ya que al cabo de un minuto los colores ya han cambiado y, por tanto los resulta dos diferentes.

Il arrive que mon eau de la piscine irrite (la peau "gratte" et "pique") parce qu'elle est parfois sous-chlorée et avec un taux de pH trop bas.
Comment mesurer le taux de chloramine ?
le calcul du taux de chloramines (chlore combiné) se fait à l'aide de la valeur du taux de chlore total et du chlore libre.
Voici la formule :
Chloramines = Chlore total – chlore libre "free"
Le taux de chloramines à ne pas dépasser est de 0.4 ppm.
J'ai tendance à "sous" chlorer ..... et ces bandelettes me permettent de contrôler efficacement (les autre ne faisant pas la mesure du chlore total)
J'espère avoir aidé quelques personnes novices comme moi, soucieuses de la santé et du confort de leur petite famille et qui ne souhaitent pas avoir des taux de chlore aussi élevés que les piscines publiques

Patrizio G.: Strisce molto facili da utilizzare. Addirittura troppi gli elementi misurati (per una piscina cloro e ph sono più che sufficienti), ma l'accuratezza non è il massimo (com'è abbastanza ovvio per le strisce).

Kerry P: I have a small 18' above-ground salt water pool, and although it came with test strips, they were USELESS. So I was told test strips for salt pools are not accurate, but after reading the reviews, I figured I would give it a try. I had other devices to test my water but I wanted something quick and easy to use to give me a "feel" of where my water readings were. These actually did rather well although there were a few readings off that could have been better but it did help me maintain the levels across the pool a bit easier. Simple dip for a couple seconds and wait a bit for the strips to turn. Match it up with the bottle and run from there. It beats chemicals and lots of tools but same time it doesn't exactly replace those items either for accuracy.

Would I buy them again? Yes!
