S.: 1100 watt microwave shouldn't be ignored.
The added flavor via the fat/juice that comes out makes it almost as good as their regular sausage block.

Jean Berg: There's a reviewer that says these Turkey paddies don't taste like the "real" thing but are healthier .......yet when I was eating one, I thought I WAS EATING THE "REAL" THING. It tastes so good like a beef paddie! But I care more about larger animals being consumed...so I'm sticking with birds and fish for now.
So so yummmm you will remember this review when you try it. Jimmy Dean is the ultimate American master at great food with the right amount of seasonings. He's a billionaire for a reason.

S. McCandlish: This doesn't taste quite the same, of course, but it's healthier. I prefer getting turkey breakfast sausage in a big roll (even this specific brand), and pan-frying up slices of it, browning it on both sides, after working in a bit of chili flakes to make it spicy. It always seems really mild, regardless of brand. But, dealing with a big tube of raw, squishy sausage is more work, and sometimes just microwaving some frozen patties is what you want. I like these on English muffin, with some red pepper flakes and some Season-All seasoned salt. (For me, Season-All is "breakfast flavor"; in my family we always put it on our eggs and stuff, but didn't make much use of it otherwise, nor any other brand of the stuff, like Lowry's.)
