JJ: My old unit had a cassette player 🤣, but this one links with Bluetooth on my phone with the included app where I can now fully control the unit as well as stream music from my Pandora account. I can also answer phone calls through this unit as well. And because there is no tape or DVD player it is very small compared to the old one and easily fit directly into the single DIN size opening.

Jim Ponder: For all of the reviews that state there is no clock, hold the display button for 5 seconds. It will pop up. You can then hit it again to set the time. For those with issues with no sound (because of an amp in the car) hook up the blue/white wire on your adapter harness to the red power so it gets the juice it needs to turn on. I've installed four of these with great success and ease. Well worth the money!

Randy Carpenter: I bought this to use in my bathroom so I can listen to music from my phone while getting ready in the morning. It is only 2" deep, so wall mounting was perfect. I used a PC 12v power supply @ 3.5a and it worked great

Sentins746Sentins746: This installed easily into my tractor with no other parts needed. Good sound quality with new speakers and bluetooth works well. Only issue is that my model of tractor did not have a constant 12v to the radio connector. So when I shut it off my preset stations are wiped. Bluetooth will still connect to my phone very fast. Bluetooth works very well.

Juan Arechiga: Bluetooth connects almost instantly. Sound is very good, got it connected with two 12” DB Drives 2,000w subs and a 2,000w DB Drive amp along with 4 Alpine door speakers with a 1,000w DS18 amp and sounds good. Might have to turn down the voice amp a bit because around 26 volume it starts to distort a bit, other than that great stereo do recommend. The best cheap radio you can get.

E. MathewsE. Mathews: I bought this to replace the deck in my camping trailer. I had to make a cover for the huge hole in the cabinet that the original deck had, but other than that installation was straightforward as far as decks go. I wasn't looking for great sound, it's just for some music while camping, but it's clear and not tinny. It has USB, which is what we wanted, much more useful than CDs now a days. The operation is simple, didn't need to look at the manual. Never used or needed the Bluetooth, I guess I could make and take calls hands free while in my trailer. There is an app you can download to control the deck, my Android phone works perfectly with it. No setup required, just open the app and do what you want. You can control everything with the app, even turn it off or on from outside the trailer. I consider this and excellent value for my needs.

Stioc: I had a nice ($180+) Pioneer head unit in my 2001 pathfinder but no bluetooth or hands-free functionality. I added a BT dongle to the Pioneer which worked but only if I switched the input to Aux which was not convenient and the calls would get missed if the music was playing loud. This Jensen for about $35 sounds almost as good with full bluetooth and hands-free functionality. Only problem is that the microphone is weak, unless the stereo is level with your face (in my car it isn't, it's about a foot lower) and I literally lose my voice from trying to speak as loud as possible. I wish it had an external mic port or something. Can't speak to the longevity yet.

Snah: At first I bought a discounted one from an Amazon Warehouse deal. Didn't work properly. Would not recommend. Returned it and bought a brand new one instead. It works but it has limitations.

There is no brightness adjustment. In my vehicle, the radio is pretty low down, where the vehicle is a bit darker. So the brightness is adequate in the daytime. But at night it's super bright. Like...bright enough to affect your vision when driving on rural roads in the dark.

There is no colour adjustment. It's blue illumination, no options.

You get bass/treble/balance/fade adjustment. You also get a Loudness on/off adjustment. There are no preset or custom EQ settings, aka no Rock/Pop/Classical/Voice EQ settings.

There is no remote. Now I know this is a $50 radio and I don't really care for car radio remotes. Just wanted to mention it.

The entire unit shuts down when you turn it off. No illumination, nothing. But...not really. Even if it's off and looks dead, it'll still pair with your phone. So even if it's off, your phone still sends sound to it, via Bluetooth. This can be annoying.

All in all, it's a decent, working, Bluetooth radio for $50. I'd...
