Jason Bedford: Great small gloves for beginning children boxers. Padding is well done but as children advance in skill, higher quality will be needed. These are great for light pad and bag work.

Contacted Jayefo to use their 5 yr warranty, the reason I bought from them in the first place. Thought they had great customer service. Same day I messaged them got an answer. This was July 17. An apology and confirmation of my address to send replacements. July 20 I received a package - 1 set of gloves. Imagine my surprise and dismay! But I thought maybe another package coming. I sent a new message to clarify this; didn't get a response. 3 days later I messaged again for an update; still no response. Gave it a week becoming obvious jayefo not going to be contacting me again.
Then I reached out to Amazon so what if anything they could do. Was told basically can't do anything but they would send the seller a message stating the customer is still waiting on a response about the missing replacement gloves. Was told they should contact me within 3 days. Ha!
It's now August 27th and I have 2 very sad boys. No response of any kind or form from this so called reputable...
