Kenna: I love putting a towel over my yoga mat in hot yoga. I sweat SO much so it was a great purchase. I will say I do slip a little when I am on it and it is not because of sweat. For example, when I am in downward dog, my feet does not have a lot of traction on the towel. It slips a lot more compared the HotWorx towel I have. It doesn't slip on the mat, as it has grips on the bottom, but my feet slip. Other than that, this was a great purchase.

Erin Kantor: works great - dries quick - can get a couple of uses before needing to be washed (if you let it air dry and don't keep it tucked up wet in a gym bag).

It absorbs sweat very well, and have great grip.
This is my favorite towel.
I purchased 2 different design from this exact brand, and they are both very good.
I own many other towels from other sellers, and this is the best brand for me.
