Edward Crosier: Dogs toy Good value

RobRob: So I had high hopes for this squeaky toy, and it's lasted about 3 months but it's almost ready for the bin. The material itself is good and appears to be puncture proof, but the weak point are the ends where the ends are stitched together with the black strip of material. Penny, a one year old golden doodle, worked her way through that stitching to the point where it is now. She was able to pull out one of the squeekers, and is starting on the fluff. I'll likely pull out the fluff and keep the shell around for tug of wars. Again, had high hopes for this toy so I hope that the manufacturer will address this flaw. Even with that I may buy again. 3 stars for now.
Update 12/7/2023 - so as posted previously this particular toy was not standing up well to Penny, but we allowed her continue to play with it because although she got to the stuffing she was not eating it. However we did discover that she was eating the rubberized liner that inside the toy. We discovered this because she barfed it up one morning (gross). Pics of the liner and chewed up pieces attached. Not good so now it's in the garbage. She likely would have just passed these little pieces but no point in taking...

freedomshopper: This toy is good, and our AmStaff rescue loves it, but it’s not made as well and is not as sturdy as the Fire Hose toys I bought for our previous dog about ten years ago. A little disappointing, I guess I expected these to be the same quality.

Amazon Customer: I bought this for my Great Pyr mix who is a vigorous chewer. It did not last long the black material on on the edges was easy to chew off.

Cyrus: I currently own a 1 year old Siberian husky with razor sharp teeth and determination to destroy everything and anything. In order to help her with her boredom I bought her many toys. At first I bought her certain kong toys, thinking it would last a couple of days, maybe weeks. HOWEVER, little did I know, it took her 4 minutes to rip up everything. I was so shocked, but I was determined to find a toy that would last more than a day. So then I decided to begin my journey to find a quality toy. I looked through articles, thousands of reviews, and asked hundreds of people. So then, I found (what I thought) that would last more than 1 day. I decided to drop 60 bucks on a certain kong toys (the ones with rope inside) and a well known brand known as tuffy (20 dollar toy!). The minute the package arrived, I was so relieved. Therefore, I opened the toys to give to my dog. The kong lasted 50 seconds and the tuffy 4 minutes. I was astonished that I couldn't find a toy (with a squeaker inside) that would last long. With my dog in agony, I soon resorted to my plan C. The plan was just to buy random toys (hahaha). I bought a kong fire hose and this product. Once the item arrived, I gave the...

BookLover: I'm realistic in that my dogs toys don't last. They never have. Now we have her and her ADD puppy with us so the toys have to stand up to two heavy lab chewers. We had tried a wide variety of toys that fell apart the day you bought them or within the first week. We thought we had found the answer with Nylabone chews and discovered that the labs in particular chew so hard, those things break teeth. My lab & my sister's guide dog lab both broke teeth on Nylabone so no more of those in my house. Then I found the Kyjen fire hose.
Now, it is unrealistic if you have a chewer to expect any toy to last a long time. It's like thinking one package of diapers is all you'll ever need. Or one set of Lego's. No. Dogs are destructive little four legged critters. So if you have a big chewer, be happy if you find a toy that lasts long enough to pay for itself. The fire hose does that in our house. Her first one lasted her about six months and then she had a litter of pups. When they were about 6 weeks old, they started loving mom's fire hose. So it fell apart a few weeks later. I bought another one and another toy for our puppy we were keeping. It lasted about six months again and finally...

Dogs' pal: My little dog didn't know what to do with this toy as it was too big for him to handle. I gave it to my daughter's dogs and they love it.
