MichaelMichael: This came with 3 big glasses, I took one out of the box, used it and it was excellent. Went to get another one and noticed the lid was cracked. The 3rd one as well had a crack in the lid. I've tried contacting the company twice since this order and no response, since I had already used a glass and overall liked them and opened all of the straws, I figured maybe they would send 2 replacement lids, since it's the only thing that was broken. I was going to send them back but I have been using just the 1 lid on all 3. With the exception of 2 lids being broken, I really did like the cups themselves...But also the customer service is not there.

Dott Carungcong: One of the tumblers started to collect liquid inside a few days after I started using them, so I had to throw that one out. They pretty much work for me, now will have to see how long the others last.
