Yvonne sandoval: So when I got this it was actually for my grandma because she wanted to give it to my uncle. This tv was so easy to use I honestly should have bought myself one too. It sounded great the size was perfect and good movies

Don AZ: I wanted a larger TV for my kitchen to use while cooking and cleaning. I had a very old Samsung 19 monitor with a Chromecast. I spotted this 32 " on sale and bought it. It also had the option to go to Best Buy and pick it up. I have a Best Buy near me so I had the TV less that an hour after buying it on Amazon. Another bonus was the 5% back on my Prime credit card making the price even better. It is a 720 P picture but it is not my main tv and looks absolutely great hanging on my wall in the kitchen. I am very happy with this TV as I didn't want to spend a lot on a TV that I would only watch while in the kitchen cooking or cleaning. The picture is fine and the Smart TV works perfectly with my Gigablast WIFI. The features and quality make the TV seem much more expensive than the real price. 2 Thumbs up!

Fred: I consider myself trch savvy, but this one took a minute to set up. Be weary of setting up a child's profile on the tv, I am tempted to factory reset the device and start over due to all of the headaches of having a child profile associated with it. I even removed the child profile and still am having issues. Alexa won't start programs on the tv via voice command from my echo dot because it can not control child profiles, but my child profile has been removed... so I'm a little frustrated with this at the moment.

As the others have said the top streaming services that appear on the remote work much better on the TV then the others downloaded. Amazon prime and Netflix run without hiccup and have great screen resolution. I feel like resolution is a little lower and responsiveness is slower for paramount and disney.

I love the alexa based integration. I use it to control my connected hue bulbs and other smart switches.

I love the landing page where you can see recommendations and continue watching options from all associated platforms on a single home or landing page. This is an amazing feature that makes me look past some of the other integration issues I have...

DAVE E: I was skeptical about this TV because of the low price. I bought this TV over a month ago and I am still amazed at what a bargin it is. Love the picture, it surprised me when I turned it on the first time. it jumps right out at you... It is simple to set up... I am not tech saavy by any means and this TV stays right on top of everything for me... it is truly amazing technology and what a steal, for 130 dollars and change delivered to my door... The Youtube feature on this TV is great, it figured out what I like and puts it right up front for me, no searching required how cool is that? it really is a wonder. Same with the prime video feature, no more searching. All the movies and series I want to see are always right up front, just click on the one you want and start watching... This TV made a believer out of me...

SanSandles: The 720p 2021 model I received works well* even with 2.4ghz WIFI. I do get a complaint from Luna stating 5ghz Wi-Fi is preferred but my router is old. I have noticed that audio/video seems better with certain platforms. Prime is very clear, HBO-max will load a little slow but has a good picture but then Hulu seems to stream shows at a slightly lower resolution (could just be on my end though). I have zero complaints about the TV. I purchased Luna and the Cloud Direct Controller to check out video game streaming. I really wanted a Steam Deck, but decided to try Luna and a Insignia Fire TV with a Luna Cloud Direct controller. I like Luna and the graphics look nice but not like a high-end discrete graphics card with ray-tracing can. The Insignia Fire TV and Luna controller together cost less than $200 w/ discounts, while the economic version of the Steam Deck runs much higher. I am happy with this purchase. I will have to review Luna separately but I was pleasantly surprised by it.One complaint about the remote which is the Netflix etc. big fat clumsy buttons that get in my way and I accidentally tap one which is annoying because it takes a moment to get back to where I was.
