My Pal Foot Foot: Great product. I really love these tortas! BUT the last five or six times I've purchased these from Amazon, they are shipped in a padded envelope, which means that these arrive totally smashed. Are they still good? Of course! But for the price, I expect that these will arrive whole. I even tried to outsmart Amazon by purchasing multiple packages at once, thinking that I would receive them all in one BOX. Wrong! They split the order and each package came in the aforementioned padded envelope. Five Star product in One Star packaging.

Donna: I love these cookies, they’re light and crispy and not too sweet. My review is not for Ines Rosales, but for the supplier who shipped these in a bubble wrap envelope. The cookies were completely crushed, every single one. While this doesn’t affect the taste, it certainly affected the enjoyment. A $7.00 package of cookies shouldn’t be crushed into a million pieces. Very disappointing.
