Nikki Markacek: So I’m just now venturing into dairy free products because after turning 33 I realized I cannot tolerate dairy at all anymore. (sad revelation, tears were shed) so I decided to try this, and I don’t know why I didn’t expect it to taste like coconut, but it does. And must say, I’m not mad about it. It’s a light flavor, not heavy and garish. Think of a coconut macaroon dipped in chocolate. That’s what this reminds me of, with the occasional chunk of cookie dough lol. And not only do I love macaroons, but I love cookie dough so both flavors together is a win for me. If you’re expecting traditional cookie dough ice cream you might be disappointed, but if you like cookie dough and coconut macaroons you have to try this.
