Had a problem with one of the poles however was extremely pleased with the customer service I received. Was immediately responded to and even after all this time they were able to help me out. I think it is a great product and reputable company. It is a great gift.

Daniel McNamara: This is my second purchase/assembly attempt at a Gagalileo hitting net. My first purchase, made in 2021 (Gagalileo Golf Hitting Net Heavy Duty Golf Net Golf Practice Nets for Backyard Home Driving Range with Target and Carry Bag 9(L) x5(W) x7(H) FT) was a nightmare to assemble. The instructions were terrible and as a result the next is sitting in my garage in pieces. I didn't have the heart to throw it away since I paid so much for it.
I was on the Gagalileo home page and saw that they have replaced this 2021 version net with what appeared to be a better-designed net. I took a gamble and ordered it. The instructions were again extremely difficult to decipher (Gagalileo really needs to hire an English technical writer). For instance, two poles have to be inserted into separate sleeves (ones marked with red bands; the second with black bands). No where in the instructions does it specifically mention this. Through trial and error over the course of an afternoon I was finally able to figure this out.
All in all the redesign has improved stability. Giving it three stars. Better instructions would have led to a 4 star review.

Philip Holden: The product has some great features for the price. Fairly stable either indoors or outdoors. Added back cloth helps preserve the net although wish it extended a bit higher inside the net. It's big enough to handle just about any golf shot. Although setup was fairly easy and straightforward like setting up a small camp tent, this is not a portable net that sets up in under a minute so pick your location and plan to leave it there unless it's outdoors and you want to avoid adverse weather conditions. The two support poles are shock cord connected but the pole fit is not snug enough to prevent them from separating a few times during setup. Overall, my initial impression of the product is very good. It will be used primarily indoors but could see some outdoor use when the daytime temps in north Texas get below 90 degrees... someday...

S K Diva: I highly recommend this product.

This is the second Galileo practice net. The first was set-up outdoors and after 2+ years of use finally needed to be replaced. I bought my current net to practice hitting irons in my garage. I've hit thousands of balls into it over the past 10 months (purchased Aug. 2022) and the net has taken everything I can send at it. I don't always hit the target so the netting strength was very important to me. It has withstood ball speeds of 125 mph.

There are 3 weak points... (Based on my first net which was used outdoors for over 2 years)

1. After months of use a topped driver shot tore through the plastic flooring where it attaches too the netting. Once the tear started there was no stopping it. Over time the plastic bottom at the back was completely detached from the net. The net was still useable however topped balls could fly under the net.

2. The material used for the top. After a year of sun and rain the roof material failed when a miss hit 7 iron broke through. Like the floor once the tear started there was no stopping it. (Duct tape couldn't hold it together.)

3. The target. The description says it is for...

Stephen F.Stephen F.: Overall the net sets up nice and I think it would work fine for someone with lower swing and ball speeds. I swing my driver around 120 with a ball speed in the 170’s. I blew a hole in the provided target with my 8 iron one the first day. This was not all to big of a deal as the target caught the wind too much causing the net to blow over and ended up snapping the poles. I managed to repair the pole to keep using the net and i discarded the target all together. The net itself lasted awhile however I hit a low bullet with my 3 wood that came out a bit low and ended up hitting the net nearer to the stitching. It tore a hole in the net as pictured and the ball launched through the net, through the tree branches behind it and hit my neighbours shed.
Again I think if you’re not hitting the ball as hard as I am or if you hit it hard but are always able to hit the center of the net and never miss hit the golf ball then this net would probably work fine. If you’re like me and can hit the ball pretty solid but don’t have tour level accuracy then you may want to look for something more durable.

sifuyui: Bought this to practice driving the ball. The target cloth had minor damages from sticking together (the plastic center) and I contacted Gagalileo about it. They were very responsive and took care of the problem immediately.

As for the net itself, it would have been easier to put together if the rods didn’t separate as easily as it did, but I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it. I liked that the bottom was open and allowed my grass to “breathe” while I was driving golf balls. The net stopped all the balls and the target helped stopped the direct drives.

I feel this driving net is a very good value for the price. And affordable for beginner golfers.

Manuel: No me gusto que esta lenta y llega muy doblada , todavía no se le quitan los dobleces y ya tiene extendida mas de dos semanas, pero lo demás muy bien .
