I have tried almost ALL diaper creams in the market, including the famous Arbonne. They either smell terrible, stain the baby's skin, don't fix the rash, or are too thick to spread...worse still, some of them are all these things combined. Anyway, in a desperate attempt to find ONE MORE THING TO TRY, I landed on this product. I was skeptical, but I opted to trust the reviews and try it. My baby was transitioning to solids, so she was having diaper rashes a lot, even though we changed her every hour.
First, there is no smell (it's so faint that I don't even smell it!). 2nd, even with my finger, it slides on the skin like butter. 3rd, I used a wet wipe to wipe it off and noticed this cream didn't stain her skin. I wiped her clean with no residue left. Okay, now they got me! 4th, this changed my life as a mum and my baby's bum...her rash was gone, OVERNIGHT! No kidding! This company doesn't pay me anything to say this...but I didn't trust it the first time, too, until it happened repeatedly! The best part is that once the rashes are gone, her skin is healthy and doesn't leave scars.

Amazon Customer: Somehow they managed to bottle up magic. My little guy had a horrible rash, nothing we normally do was working so in a completely desperate moment I turned to Amazon. Bought this based off the reviews and I am so happy. Within a day my son’s rash is almost gone and he doesn’t scream during diaper changes anymore. Best butt cream we’ve ever bought.

Amazon Customer: It is as good and effective as everyone claims. I'm a believer. Recommend using this in conjunction with a soft diaper if your kid has extremely sensitive skin. She flares after every poop no matter how quickly and attentive you are to changing her afterwards. This diaper rash cream was recommended by her dermatologist. We've tried nearly every brand and their different lines of diapers, but the combination that has been effective is this product and WaterWipes with super soft/silky diapers like Cuties complete care/Millie Moon luxury/Target Up&Up. Katie: I am a FTM and started using this miracle-in-a-tub cream when my son was about 2 months old. He had this super stubborn diaper rash that just wasn't going away until I put some of this on it and he's not had a rash since. We now only use it for overnight cream (he's 13M), but I'll be stocking up whenever I have my next child. This has a lower percentage of zinc than some other well known diaper cream brands, it's super easy to spread with either your fingers or a spatula (I recommend a spatula for the tub, game changer), and it melts into his skin so well that I've never had to scrub it off his little hiney in the morning. There's also no unpleasant scent - really no scent that I've noticed at all. I'm very sensitive to smells so this says a lot, I promise. I know that this is a little on the pricier side but it is truly worth your babies comfort.
