Road dog 68: I have a Hunter ceiling fan and the light was broken a year ago. I tried to find a replacement at the local home improvement store, but nothing I bought worked. I stumbled on this light and gave it a try. Easy to install, the light is bright and it's low profile and attractive. Much cheaper than the misses I tried from the home improvement store.

Steve Skrine: After I purchased the missing pieces of the assembly, the product worked fine. The package was missing screws , a pull chain and wire nuts as connectors.

Crib Dock Fixer: Installation on Hunter Original (cast iron) fan was quick and easy, 15 min task. Lamp fixture is low profile, lower than most, so helpful to maintain walkable clearance. We swapped out the included LED bulbs for lower lumen bulbs as a personal preference. This conveniently uses standard LED bulbs for any regular lamp.

Jinxjoe: I have purchased these exact same lights, years ago and in white, for a different set of fans that I have installed on the patio of a condo in Acapulco. 10 years later everything works fine and the only issue has been the translucent plastic has yellowed slightly from constant exposure to the sun. But you would think that the hot and humid weather would have taken its toll on the electronics of the fan or the lights...but both work perfectly. You cannot say that about many products these days. I am super happy with these lights and fans.
