Cody: Great quality for the price! Wood planks are thick and the color/grain/finish is beautiful. Very sturdy once assembled and easy to put together. Hex screws are easy to get going by hand and can fasten very tightly without bending the metal or cracking the wood. Screw holes align with screws very easily as long as you leave everything loose before tightening at the very end. I wish the shelf were a little bit taller, but overall great product.

Saltwater: I'm using these as book shelves (bought 2 and placed next to each other). Very sturdy, but at 85" tall I did anchor them to the wall. No issues so far when filled with books. The only negative is that the wood shelves have a strong vanish smell out of the box. I would suggest letting them sit out in a garage or porch for a few days before bringing into the house.

KeriKeri: I purchased the 4 tier shelf and am so glad I went with real wood!!! It wasn’t much more expensive than the mdf products out there, and was totally worth it. I read all the reviews from this product and all the others, and am very, very happy with this purchase! The unit arrived promptly and packaged nicely. It went together easily and everything provided was accurate and good quality. It is a very sturdy shelf and looks great. Highly recommend. Even my husband, who grumbles and curses when he puts anything together, said this was better than most items from China!
