Student: Overall, this is a wonderful product. I fixed my glasses and will be able to fix many more in the future. A better case/holder for the screw drivers would be nice.

Aunt Broccoli: Okay, I'm a nerd. I admit it. I am totally excited about this awesome repair kit! It will literally last the rest of my life ( I will be 55 in a couple of months). Everyone in my family wears glasses and they ALL come to Mom/Grandma to fix them. I was really surprised by the amount of screws ( in various sizes) you get along with nose pads, etc. I'm glad I took the chance and ordered this repair kit. One of my best decisions!

Robinf: I was going to buy a cheaper kit with just screws as I have a set of small screwdrivers already but I tried to repair my expensive sunglasses with a screw from a cheap pair and I realized how impossible it is to get those little screws in or even hold on to them.
So glad I decided to get this kit with the magnetic screwdriver as it made all the difference. Plus there is everything in this kit for only $10 more than the kit I was looking at.
I did note that while these screws are easily attached to the magnet the one screw in my sunglasses that I removed to compare for size did not. I expect these screws are inferior metals but there are millions of them in the kit so I could replace them weekly and still not run out. Don’t hesitate to pick this one up

Jim D. Mcneal: Liked the magnetic screw drivers that enabled selecting a screw and positioning to secure it to the frame.
But a caution, not against the kit, but the challenge of determining proper screw size because all look the same even though they are separately organized in the container.
Once you select one that is not a fit, locating the original small bin to return it to I didn't think of a solution until afterward. Just place something larger that doesn't belong in the kit to identify where to return it,if needed, would have solved my problem.

JMH: It had everything I needed to replace my nose pads and will probably useful for the next few years. For less than $20 this kit has a lot of value. Also, I had to use the smaller flat head screwdriver for my glasses, so if you’re looking for a kit that has a screwdriver that will fit your glasses screws then this will most likely work for you.
Edit: ok so the large pads with the brass piece gave me two large red welts on the sides of my nose, definitely allergic. Switched to a different clear set, washed them and they are fine. So wash your nose pads, and maybe do a patch test.
