Placeholder: I have used this in a 2001 low mileage(65,000 mi) car and it has done what it claims. For me it has made the shifting even smoother, and over all smoother operating in driving.
I will continue using this product again at the next fluid and filter change. Now I have to get the motor oil additive or even the oil they have.

Jim: We own a Ford Fusion V6 3.0L AWD, 2010. First, the PTU failed in November 2022. A week later, the left axle seal failed and in March the right axle seal fail despite we have regiliously changing transmission fluid every 50,000 km. On google, it would seem Ford PTU is notoriously prone to failure. After fixing all the leaks at a reputable shop, I noticed shift up 2/3 is really rough especially when it is cold outside (-5C or below). Reading on amazon, I thought I would give this product a try. Added about 10 Oz and I thought it might take a while, but saw the effect right away. The shift is much smoother and the "kick up" is gone. Drove another 50 km and same positive effect. Very happy and will update after a few months of driving. So far, so good.

MADplumber: 2005 ford excursion 6.0 owner. I used the hot shots stiction eliminator and was impressed with how my truck runs after so I figured I'd give this a chance. Shifting in 1st and 2nd gear had some shudder but not anymore. I thought it would take some time to have some results but no it was right away and even before the ex was at operating temperature.
I drained 24oz and put 24 in. You do not want to overfill your transmission.
