zerom13: I've been buying a bunch of these recently (flavors)....this is solid, low calories and shelf stable. Barely any chicken, but for emergency meal or low calorie light lunch it's tasty. Not my favorite not the worst. Just a little light, think that's why they give you 7 instead of 6.

Indiana: All of the "Compleats" assortments are great tasting snacks. Maybe a bit pricey, but what food item isn't these days!

Michael E. VanCauwenberghs: Gould not have made it better myself, a surprisingly tasty meal of chicken, peas, carrots and rice blended in a light chicken sauce that's not to salty, throw in a hard roll some butter & a drink you have a meal in less than 5 minutes that's actually good for you & tastes great!
