W. Huber: When I cook in my Instant Pot I don't always use recipes that call for heavy cream. When I do, I would get the small carton from the grocery store then end up with extra I never end up using and waste my money. I decided to try out the powder because I could use just what I needed and the powder is easily stored for long-term usage.
I cannot tell the difference in taste in the final product and it thickens up the meal as much as the liquid would normally do. This will now be my goto in the future instead of the liquid form.

Mormar: I bake and cook everything from scratch, I buy heavy cream and I don’t always use it up before it goes bad. This stuff is great you just make up what your going to need. You can make it up the night before or in my case a few hours before I need it. I’m saving money by not throwing the unused portion away.

Heather 'zon: Was looking for a longer-life alternative for my morning coffee. Took the advice of another reviewer and got a small, hand-held frother to mix the powder into my coffee. For all those times when I don't want to go out and get liquid creamer, this works just fine.

Thomas: This product expires in Dec. 2023 I do not know how long it has sat in the warehouse But it will not be used up by then I will keep it in my fridge hoping to extend the self life. Also did not think it is a good marketing practice to cover the expiry date with an other sticker

L.RichardsenL.Richardsen: Have actually not used product yet ,as it’s in fridge as per instructions. BUT only received about half the container , due to security punching a hole in top to test, suspect white powder , that then leaked out all over during rest of its journey .

W BRUCE MACDONALD: I have tried Hosiers whole milk powder in my coffee and tea and didn't like the taste. It would not replace the half and half that I have been using. So I bought this heavy creem powder to try it out. I put one level tablespoon of heavy creem powder in my 12 oz cup along with the tea bag before adding the boiling water. The hot water helps the powder dissolve and after about 2 minutes of stirring, the powder had completly dissolved with no lumps or chunks floating on the surface. Now for the taste test. It does not taste exactly like real creem but is an excellent substitute for hiking and traveling. I would give the taste a 90% rating compared to real creem. Much better than skim milk powder or whole milk powder. I will definately buy this product again as it is the best substitute I have yet to come across to replace real creem. Much healthier than Coffee Mate which is made up of chemicals and contains no milk products what so ever.
Update re shelf life: Some reviewers have noted the short shelf life when stored at room temperature. This does not apply if kept in the freezer as it will keep for years if frozen and does not have to be unthawed to use as there is no difference...
