Paige AlyahyawiPaige Alyahyawi: The utensils are sold as dishwasher safe however they began to rust after a week of use. I thought I could simply provide evidence of the faulty product and receive a replacement or refund however Amazon customer service has been less than helpful. To put it simply, I tried to ask for help in getting the product returned at no expense to me since it's faulty and still in the return window, but it took a lot of "chat" to get them to finally agree to pick the package up from my home since I'm unable to get to a drop centre (which is why I do online shopping!). I asked about to what to package it in since I no longer have the original box and the utensils are heavy and would require a heavy duty box. Amazon customer service agent asked me why I got rid of the box . I found that to be strange - why would I keep it if the product wasn't faulty the first 2 weeks? I wasn't expecting to be sold a faulty product? Amazon customer service ultimately decided I would be responsible for getting out and purchasing my own box to return it in at my expense so now I'm left without a refund, a working product, or realistic options to return the faulty product at no cost to me.
