Alvin Lim: The bag itself isn't bad. Quite decent quality all around, from material to straps to wheels.
Unfortunately, while this is advertised as a 55" tall bag, it is only about 51" in reality. It just isn't big enough for my purpose and I would not have bought it if I had known its true size.
