DS: I purchased this item in Sept 2022. I used it on a few backpacking trips and really liked it. In Summer 2023, I noticed a pin hole leak had somehow developed. I contacted Hikenture and asked how to best repair the leak in the pillow bladder. To my surprise and delight, they quickly sent me a new bladder. Can't ask for better service.

Loves travel: It is extremely easy to inflate & deflate the pillow & when you are ready to put it away, it actually fits into its little sack & box without a problem. The instructions to inflate are a little off but intuitive to use. I had camped with a foam pillow in the past that was good but required me to bring an additional duffel bag, that won’t be the case here. It kept the air overnight & the second it did leak any air while I used it as a pillow. It does move around a bit because of the cover but not a deal breaker, highly recommend!

BlueSky: The pillow is well made, inflates easily, and can be quickly deflated and rolled to go back inside the handy carrying case.

I use this pillow for lumbar support in a portable chair when bird watching. So the ability to stuff it in my (already full) backpack, and then quickly inflate/deflate is critical. The fabric cover is essential for making it comfortable against my back on hot summer days. I would not have guessed that any inflatable pillow wouldn’t stick to my back. But this one is cool and comfortable. And the pillow and case still look like new after a season of repeated use and abuse.

Tom: Son needed a pillow for camping (since bringing your Queen size memory foam pillow is not only heavy, nobody wants to ruin a pillow like that camping. Blew it up, holds air, head off the ground. Not sure how much else you could say. All the seams looked good (see the note about it holding air) and unless he spears it with a marshmallow fork, or his pocket knife, see no reason this won't last. Also if it seems "soft" in the morning after a cool night, this is not a leak, it's the volume of air in response to temperature, don't write a review that it leaks overnight. I haven't had to contact the seller for any issues, or returns but would not hesitate to purchase this item from this vendor/seller again.

Jan Czeczot: Poduszka bardzo lekka i mała po złożeniu. super nawet do lekkiego plecaka. Dobry kształt, miła w dotyku i dobrze podpiera głowę. Nie nadaje się jako poduszka do siedzenia.

dancymrudancymru: Updated review: following my review below I am very happy to have received excellent customer service resulting in a replacement item. As I said before, the old pillow was great when it worked so just hoping for the new one to last at least a few uses.

Old review: Bought this in July 2022 for a music festival and thought it was perfect. A year later, using it for the second time it was a far different experience as it continously deflated. I couldn't find a reason at first and tried cleaning the valve but eventually noticed some small pin holes. Checking under water revealed multiple leaks.

Between uses it was stored in normal conditions and was put back in its sack exactly as it was delivered with no opportunity for it to be piecered. I wasn't expecting this to be a single use throw away item so very disappointed.
