Friendly Consumers: Sure, the nutritional numbers for these LOOK good for the Keto diet. However there is an active debate among Keto dieters on whether or not you can actually subtract the fiber carbs. I'm of the opinion that you CANNOT, therefore this is NOT a net-zero carb product.
Next (for me and other Keto dieters I know) its NOT all a numbers game. One HUGE component to maintaining Keto is to keep the sweet tasting items and artificial sweeteners to a minimum if at all possible. Sweet tasting things always create cravings to eat MORE sweet tasting and starchy things.
This cereal is clearly an attempt to replicate the sugary kids cereals (cocoa krispies and cinnamon toast crunch) and that's not going to help anyone trying to move away from eating those things. I ate a bowl of this with some almond milk and it spiraled me into some SERIOUS sugar cravings throughout the rest of my day. Instead of focusing on a balanced taste, the makers clearly went for a taste that tries to be as sugary as possible. I want to lose weight and maintain it by re-learning how I eat - I don't want to pretend I can still eat sugary cereals, that's not healthy behavior. Eventually you'll slip from these...

The American Psycho: Okay, I've been on the keto diet for about a year now. Before that I was on the paleo diet for about three years. With that being said, I have not had a bowl of cereal in about 5 years. I miss all the great tasting cereals out there from Cocoa pebbles, Reese's Puffs, Cap'n crunch, Cinnamon toast crunch, etc. one of the major downsides to the keto diet, I love cereal. only recently I started seeing ads for keto cereal popping up but they were very expensive. I couldn't imagine buying a box of cereal for over $10. But as I got more and more into keto and realized not only your aren't you be paying more to be healthier like $6 for a pint of Keto ice cream for instance, I decided to take a chance with this cereal that I have been reading great reviews about.
fun opening the box, I was blasted with a smell of real chocolate. No not crappy fake chocolate, a real cocoa smell. I quickly poured myself a bowl and doused it in almond milk. The smell was amazing, reminiscent of Cocoa Krispies. I took that first bite hoping for the best and I was greeted with the most delicious natural tasting yet surprisingly sweet and natural chocolate taste I have had in a cereal in the longest time....

AJ: As someone who does keto, it can be hard to find products on the internet that are not going to have hidden sugars or hurt their carb intake. However, when I found this cereal, I was kind of shocked! I was all like, “Huh, they make cereal?? Since when??”.
It can also be difficult to find keto products that don’t taste like the backside of a tire that just drove through the Sahara desert. Or, in other words, not really tasty products. But, with this cereal? I actually found myself enjoying it with some Almond milk! It really did taste like chocolate—which shocked me haha.
The only downside I have with this product is the size of the bag and the cost of the product. Understandably, the prices of keto products can be really up there in price, making it a more expensive way to eat. But, if the product is going to cost around 12 dollars? Then, there should be some sort of standard to make the product a little bigger. The bag inside of the box wasn’t horribly small, but was only enough for one person to enjoy three or four bowls of cereal (assuming you’re pouring an adequate size).
Otherwise? I would recommend this product if you wanted to get back into...
