sashasmommy: I bought each person in our family a set for our trip to Costa Rica so we wouldn't have to share. They are small and lightweight enough to easily carry in a day pack along with water and whatever else you need, and my daughter can also carry her own since it's lightweight. They work very well.

Scott Franson: To get better binoculars than these, you'll need to upscale and pay a lot more. Once you use them and get them adjusted to your vision, they work great. I use these for work and like the compact size and ease of use. I can use these with or without my glasses on. Overall, a great product at a reasonable price. Would recommend for light weight travel, hiking, or work in the field.
